School trips at Green Park
Green Park is an ex Rothschild estate and set within 80-acres of rolling parkland and mature woodland, some of which benefits from being set up by the Rothschild as an Arboretum and has various unique specimens of trees. This beautiful setting has the advantage of offering a quiet, natural environment in the heart of the Chilterns and close to all major motorway networks, mainline train stations and only 30-mins from London.
We have grown over the last 50-years into one of the UK’s leading providers of outdoor education for young people at all stages of their development and education. We offer a fun, challenging and safe environment in which young people can enjoy a wide range of exciting indoor and outdoor activities. Indoors we have a 25m swimming pool and large sports hall and outdoors we have a large array of high ropes courses, climbing tower, zip wire, archery, mountain bikes and a wonderful array of team building and low rope courses. We provide tailored training and curriculum support for pupils and teachers. Our programmes build confidence, teamwork, trust and co-operation among our young visitors, and we have worked alongside a team of teachers to devise learning programmes that target specific curriculum objectives in Geography and Science.
Visit for an afternoon, enjoy a full day’s trip, or book a residential stay; we offer tailored educational programmes, as well as cost-efficient day and residential packages.
Green Park is accredited by the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC), and all our activities are fully risk-assessed. We are also particularly proud of our facilities for those with disabilities, allowing us to be fully inclusive in almost all activities.
